Can I put up a tent in an RV space?
Can I bring a grill to BBQ at my Camp or RV site?
Can I park my car next to my tent?
No. Only tents are allowed in the tent campsite. HOWEVER, each Tent Camping bundle now comes with a parking space inside the camping area, so you won’t have to go very far to get stuff out of your car.
The Harefest Map shows a VIP RV Parking area. How do I get that?
I’m towing a car with my RV. Can I park both in our RV space?
RV reservations are good for 1 “engine” and towed vehicles may require a space in the public pay lot. A non-motorized trailer being pulled by a truck will not require separate parking fee. In either case, you may be asked to “decouple” and park your car or towing vehicle in the main lot at the discretion of the Campgrounds staff.
Will there be carts to shuttle to and from parking/Harefest RV Village?
Can we have two vehicles in an RV space?
Can I use an electric or traeger-type pellet grill in the campgrounds?
Can I use a generator in the campgrounds?
Yes, but operations are subject to quiet hours. Please do not run any loud generator after 1am.
What if my RV or Camper is being delivered by someone who is NOT attending Harefest?
No problem at all. We’ve worked with several people over the years who have borrowed or rented RVs and we can accommodate. Please email canbyharefest@gmail.com with your name, your RV space number, and the contact info of the person making the delivery. We’ll coordinate with that person the week before the festival.
Will I be able to sleep in the campgrounds? Are there "quiet hours"?
It’s a fun place to be, so you’ll expect some noise in the campgrounds throughout the day and later in the evening when people are back at camp, but we’ve found that everyone is generally reasonable & respectful of their neighbors. That said, quiet time is 1am to 7am. This includes generators and any audio device that can be heard outside of your site. Please remember to silence or reduce ringer volume on your devices. Thank you!
What time do we need to vacate the camping areas after the event?
All overnight attendees must vacate the property by 10am on Sunday, July 20.

All use must comply with applicable state and local laws, including age restrictions. Open containers, visible consumption, or any behavior that is disruptive, unsafe, or negatively impacts other campers or the event will not be permitted and may result in enforcement action, up to and including removal from the campground without refund, at the discretion of event staff or security.
IS THERE A FLAG, SIGN, OR DECORATION POLICY IN THE Camping OR VENUE AREAS?
