ADA Assistance / Accommodation

This event was designed to provide equal opportunity for enjoyment by all participants. If you would like to request any particular aids or services pursuant to disability laws, please use the contact form.

Are there ATM machines available?

There are no ATMs available, but all vendors and merch accept credit and debit cards. If you require cash for any reason, you’ll want to make those arrangements before arriving.

Is reserved seating available?

No. The event is all General Admission with no seating. However, you may bring chairs and blankets. (read a little further for more about that….)

Can I purchase/upgrade tickets at the event?

Yes, but subject to availability. Visit the festival box office upon arrival. Box office hours will be announced before the event.

What is the policy regarding bringing chairs, blankets, and shade covers?

Lawn chairs and blankets are allowed in designated areas only. Please be respectful of those who may be sitting behind you with regard to the height of your chair. We prefer (but don’t restrict) low back chairs.  Chairs should be removed from the main venue at the end of each night. Chairs left on the field will be removed by security.

Umbrellas, canopied chairs, or shade tents are not allowed into the venue. Everyone wants a good view of the show, and these items cause disruption to your neighbors.

No wagons, chair caddies, or similar items will be allowed into the Festival. Exceptions will be made in the case of ADA devices and children’s strollers (with child present, of course).

Are animals allowed at the festival?

Animals are not permitted in the event perimeter (with the obvious exception of service animals) but are allowed in the camping areas subject to fairgrounds camping policies.

Can I split a Festival Pass between multiple people (one for each day)?

Festival Pass holders receive a non-transferable wristband upon entry, so it is not possible to share.

Can I bring my own food and drink to the event?

Outside food or drink are NOT permitted in the concert venue, but you may bring an empty clear plastic container to fill at the FREE water station.

Will food & drink be available?

There will be a variety of independent food vendors on site with a wide range of menus and a variety of drink options including beer, seltzer, cider, soft drinks, and energy drinks. Vendors are only available between gates open and close. For our overnight guests, we suggest being prepared with your own breakfast options, or explore some of the local restaurants in Madras for breakfast options.
