Harassment includes, but is not limited to, activities including stalking, verbal / physical intimidation, offensive verbal comments, physical assault and/or battery, harassing or non-consensual photography/recording, bathroom policing, inappropriate physical contact, unwelcome physical attention.

ADA Assistance / Accommodation
This event was designed to provide equal opportunity for enjoyment by all participants. If you would like to request any particular aids or services pursuant to disability laws, please use the contact form.
What is the policy regarding bringing chairs, blankets, and shade covers?
Lawn chairs and blankets are allowed in designated areas only. Please be respectful of those who may be sitting behind you with regard to the height of your chair. We prefer (but don’t restrict) low back chairs. Chairs should be removed from the main venue at the end of each night. Chairs left on the field will be removed by security.
Umbrellas, canopied chairs, or shade tents are not allowed into the venue. Everyone wants a good view of the show, and these items cause disruption to your neighbors.
Am I allowed to leave the event and then come back in the same day?
Where is the best place to park?
You may park in the carousel parking lot, but that fills up fast. There’s lots of street parking nearby and there are also a number of parkades within a block or two. Here’s a map of FREE parking near Riverfront City Park
Can I bring my own food and drink to the event?
Outside food or drink are NOT permitted in the concert venue, but you may bring an empty clear plastic container to fill at the FREE water station.
Will food & drink be available?
We’ll have a food cart pod serving just outside the amphitheater that will feature many regional favorites. Visit our FAQ page for the list of this year’s food vendors.
There will also be a 21 & over bar serving adult beverages and there will be non-alcoholic options available to all attendees.
What is your audio/video/photo policy?
Can I use a wagon to bring my chairs and blankets into the venue?
No wagons, chair caddies, or similar items will be allowed into the Festival. Exceptions will be made in the case of ADA devices and children’s strollers (with child present, of course).
